The Role

As a Stores Picker and Kitting Operative, you'll be picking and preparing components that go directly into manufacturing and assembly. You'll report into the Stores and Picking Manager and work closely with production, purchasing, and logistics to keep things moving. Your accuracy and attention to detail will have a direct impact on output quality and on-time delivery.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Pick stock against works orders, kitting lists, and customer orders accurately
  • Prepare and kit components ready for manufacturing and assembly
  • Pack and dispatch goods to internal departments and customers
  • Use computer systems to locate stock, update records, and confirm picks
  • Carry out stock checks and report any discrepancies
  • Label, handle, and store items correctly at all times
  • Keep your working area clean, organised, and safe
  • Work with production, purchasing, and logistics teams to hit deadlines

What You'll Bring

  • Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
