A Lead Forward Deployed Engineer with a background spanning engineering, master data management, AI & architecture & platform and experience is sought by a pioneering professional services scale up based near Nottingham. Operating at an Engineering Director level, this role will work closely with the board to re-align and embed technology innovation with business impact to drive rapid growth.
This position sits outside legacy business infrastructure and moves away from traditional, service delivery led engineering. The individual will be at the intersection of clients, product, and engineering, shaping how complex problems are solved, not just building features.
This role would suit someone who is a disrupter by nature, able to quickly absorb and understand business challenges and objectives, building ground up solutions which deliver results in hours, not months.
