Lead Forward Deployed Engineer with a background spanning engineering, master data management, AI & architecture & platform and experience is sought by a pioneering professional services scale up based near Nottingham. Operating at an Engineering Director level, this Lead Forward Deployed Engineer will work closely with the board to re-align and embed technology innovation with business impact to drive rapid growth.
Sitting outside legacy business infrastructure and moving away from traditional, service delivery led engineering, these individuals sit at the intersection of clients, product, and engineering, shaping how complex problems are solved, not just building features. This role would suit someone who is a disrupter by nature who, by working with board level stakeholders, can quickly absorb and understand the business challenges and objectives, building ground up solutions which deliver results in hours, not months.
