A leading Top 100 UK law firm is looking to appoint an experienced Serious Injury Litigator to join its expanding personal injury team. With a long-standing reputation in the claimant PI market, the firm is recognised for delivering high-quality legal services while maintaining a genuinely supportive and people‑focused culture. The Opportunity

You’ll manage a caseload of complex multi-track personal injury claims, with a strong focus on serious RTA matters typically valued between £25,000 and £250,000. The role offers exposure to high-quality work and the opportunity to handle claims throughout the full litigation lifecycle, from initial instruction through to settlement or trial preparation, with support and supervision available where required. You’ll work closely with clients, solicitors, defendants, local authorities, and other stakeholders to progress cases efficiently while delivering an excellent client experience. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated litigator looking to further strengthen their technical expertise within a respected and forward‑thinking PI practice.
