The Role: As a Graduate Behaviour Intervention TA, you will work 1:1 or with small groups of pupils, providing tailored support to improve behaviour and engagement. You'll collaborate closely with class teachers and the SEN team to create a positive and inclusive learning environment across the primary curriculum.
