We are working on behalf of our client to recruit a skilled Panel Beater for their busy accident repair centre in Leeds. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Panel Beater to join a reputable franchise-approved bodyshop, offering competitive salary packages and clear career progression pathways.

Responsibilities

  • The Panel Beater will be repairing or replacing damaged areas on vehicles to a high standard, primarily insurance-based work
  • Working on cars, campervans, and some commercial vehicles
  • Planning work schedules and ordering parts to meet repair deadlines
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of vehicle repair procedures and products
  • Delivering exceptional customer service to foster customer loyalty and generate referrals
  • Ensuring good housekeeping standards and accurate administrative documentation

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Panel Beater in a busy environment
  • Attention to detail with a keen eye for quality standards
  • Strong communication skills and ability to multi-task effectively
  • ATA qualification is advantageous but not essential
  • NVQ Level 3 qualification or extensive longstanding experience is desirable
