You will be responsible for overseeing the refurbishment of a large hotel, managing the project from the initial strip-out phase down to the steel frame and concrete core through to full fit-out and completion. This is a technically complex project requiring strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to site management and engineering challenges.
