Salary: 35,000/ 40,000 + Package
Location: Sheffield
Our client, a respected regional contractor, are recruiting for an Assistant Site Manager to join them on a permanent basis. They work regionally on a variety of schemes which range in value from 50K- 10m.
Responsibilities
- Project Coordination: Assist the Site Manager in coordinating daily operations on construction sites, ensuring that all activities are carried out efficiently and according to schedule.
- Supervision: Oversee construction workers and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Resource Management: Manage the procurement of materials, equipment, and subcontractors, while monitoring budgets and costs to prevent overspending.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of project progress, costs, and issues, and prepare reports for stakeholders.
- Communication: Act as a liaison between various stakeholders, including clients, architects, and engineers, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns.
