Due to continued growth and increasing demand, they are now looking to recruit a technically minded Product Sales Advisor to join their team in Penrith. This is an excellent opportunity for somebody with a strong technical background who enjoys working with customers, solving problems, and providing advice on products and solutions.
The Role
- Working as part of a busy and supportive team, you will be responsible for supporting customers with technical product enquiries, identifying suitable solutions, processing orders, and delivering a high level of customer service throughout the sales process.
- This is a customer-focused position combining technical knowledge with internal sales and account support responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing technical advice and product support via phone, email, and face‑to‑face interaction
- Understanding customer requirements and recommending suitable products and solutions
- Building strong relationships with new and existing customers
- Processing orders accurately using internal systems
- Supporting customers with product selection and aftersales enquiries
- Liaising with internal departments including warehouse, procurement, and sales teams
