Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm

We are looking for a motivated and organised Service Coordinator to become part of our friendly and supportive team. The Role

  • Managing incoming customer calls and emails
  • Scheduling engineers and service appointments
  • Preparing job sheets and updating CRM systems
  • Coordinating with customers, suppliers, and internal teams
  • Maintaining accurate service and customer records
  • Supporting the smooth day-to-day running of service operations
