NEOS Engineering are partnered with a well-established plant hire business looking to appoint a Senior Hire Negotiator/Manager for their Hitchin depot. This is a great opportunity for an experienced hire desk professional ready to take the next step into a leadership-focused role within a growing operation. The successful candidate will have strong experience within plant hire, tool hire, powered access, or equipment rental and be confident managing day-to-day depot activity, supporting customers, and driving performance across the hire desk.
The Role:
- Managing daily hire desk operations
- Supporting and developing the hire team
- Handling customer enquiries and key accounts
- Coordinating plant availability, transport, and logistics
- Driving utilisation and depot performance
- Building strong customer relationships
The Candidate:
