Experience
- Significant post qualification experience in valuing a variety of properties and for various needs
- Significant post qualification experience in the asset management of a wide range of land and property both leasehold and freehold
- Significant post qualification experience in Landlord and Tenant
- Significant knowledge and experience in dealing with the appointment and monitoring of external agents and solicitors
- Relevant Local Government experience
- Experience in valuing a broad range of different types of property for all purposes including Asset Valuations for accounting purposes
