London is Back! Having a huge potential order book with global clients, this exceptional tier one contractor has engaged us to help strengthen the Bid Leadership team. With a number of key frameworks and partnership arrangements under their belt, this company has a great track record of delivering complex and demanding cut & carve, new build and refurbishment projects across central London, and in particular Westminster, City of London and the vibrant west end scene.

We are seeking a Bid Leader: an engaging character able to get the best from the team, to lead with innovation and a strategy backed by solid experience to create the edge for the company over a small and respected field of competitors. The ideal candidate is an innovator, with a deep understanding of construction, a keen interest and desire to integrate AI into ongoing and future bid strategy, and a willingness to learn and embrace the fast‑changing pre‑construction scene.

You will be responsible for leading bids on a variety of schemes, some with values in excess of 100 million, and under varying procurement routes. This role is set to forecast business growth in the coming years.
