As we prepare for the next chapter in a vibrant new office in Covent Garden, we're on the lookout for a talented Senior Account Director to join our team. This role offers an incredible chance to lead an impressive array of clients, including some of the world’s most renowned tequila brands, alongside flagship accounts in entertainment, destinations, and travel. You'll also have the chance to engage with major FMCG brands and participate in exciting new business pitches.

In this role, you will spearhead impactful press office and social accounts, focusing on powerful brand campaigns. Your expertise will be vital in blending PR, social media, and influencer strategies, with ample opportunities for strategic planning and deck creation for standalone campaigns, annual brand plans, and new business pitches. We are looking for a proactive self-starter who can lead a dynamic team. You’ll be supported by an ambitious group of junior staff and a collaborative management team. Your daily activities will involve driving campaigns, offering insightful client counsel, and managing budgets while collaborating closely with our talented creative and studio teams.

Key Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years in an agency environment, preferably within a small to mid-sized firm
  • Experience with big brands in FMCG, alcoholic beverages, or entertainment sectors
  • Exceptional organizational skills and a keen eye for detail
  • Proficiency in creating and executing innovative brand strategies
  • Outstanding writing and presentation skills
  • In-depth knowledge of social media with experience in social-first campaigns
