We are looking for two reliable and hardworking Multi-Skilled Operatives to join a busy infrastructure project in West Suffolk. This is a hands-on role suited to individuals with strong site experience who are comfortable working across a variety of groundworks and general site duties.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Kerbing and concreting works
  • Subbase placement and compaction
  • Installing and maintaining temporary fencing
  • Supporting general site setup and maintenance activities
  • Assisting with day-to-day groundworks and civil engineering tasks
  • Working safely and efficiently as part of the site team
  • Ensuring work areas remain tidy, organised, and compliant with site safety standards

Requirements:

  • Valid CSCS Card (essential)
  • The following tickets are required: CPCS Roller under 5 tonnes, Abrasive Wheels
  • Previous experience within groundworks, civils, or infrastructure projects
  • Reliable, proactive, and able to work well within a team
  • Good awareness of health and safety on site
