We are looking for two reliable and hardworking Multi‑Skilled Operatives to join a busy infrastructure project in West Suffolk. This is a hands‑on role suited to individuals with strong site experience who are comfortable working across a variety of groundworks and general site duties.
What you’ll be doing:
- Kerbing and concreting works
- Subbase placement and compaction
- Installing and maintaining temporary fencing
- Supporting general site setup and maintenance activities
- Assisting with day-to-day groundworks and civil engineering tasks
- Working safely and efficiently as part of the site team
- Ensuring work areas remain tidy, organised, and compliant with site safety standards
Requirements:
- Valid CSCS Card (essential)
- The following tickets are required: CPCS Roller under 5 tonnes, Abrasive Wheels
- Previous experience within groundworks, civils, or infrastructure projects
- Reliable, proactive, and able to work well within a team
- Good awareness of health and safety on site
