We are currently recruiting for a Security Officer to join the G4S team, working for a well-known site in Cardiff!
Contract Information
- Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour
- Hours: 42 hours per week
- Shift Pattern: A mixture of 8-12-hour shifts. Days & Nights
- SIA Licence: Door Supervisor
Please be aware that this is a three-month Fixed Term Contract which may be extended to full-time if the project succeeds. Applicants must have a valid SIA license and a Full UK Driving Licence to be considered for this role. Your Time at Work
- Patrolling the site, on foot or by vehicle
- Access and Egress control
- Monitoring of visitors, staff and customers to the sites
- Responding to security breaches and medical incidents
- Ensuring all customer standards are met on each site

It is important to have great communication and customer service skills. You will also need to have strong IT skills and be able to use all forms of technology and software systems. Our perfect Security Officer will need to be aged 18 or over, a confident communicator who is a team player with the drive to always provide a friendly and professional service.
