We are currently looking for an experienced Mechanical Engineer to join a long-term project based in Porton Down near Salisbury. This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday, carrying out building services maintenance across the site.
Key Duties
- General building services maintenance
- Plumbing maintenance and repairs
- Toilet and tap repairs
- Reactive maintenance including unblocking toilets when required
- AHU (Air Handling Unit) maintenance
- Pipework repairs
- Steam system experience desirable
Requirements
- Previous experience within mechanical/building services maintenance
- Strong plumbing and reactive maintenance background
- AHU and steam experience highly desirable
- DBS clearance preferred due to site security requirements
