We are currently looking for an experienced Mechanical Engineer to join a long-term project based in Porton Down near Salisbury. This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday, carrying out building services maintenance across the site.

Key Duties

  • General building services maintenance
  • Plumbing maintenance and repairs
  • Toilet and tap repairs
  • Reactive maintenance including unblocking toilets when required
  • AHU (Air Handling Unit) maintenance
  • Pipework repairs
  • Steam system experience desirable

Requirements

  • Previous experience within mechanical/building services maintenance
  • Strong plumbing and reactive maintenance background
  • AHU and steam experience highly desirable
  • DBS clearance preferred due to site security requirements
