Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead all aspects of retail store operations, ensuring success across sales, service, and team development.
  • Drive sales performance, customer engagement, and profitability.
  • Recruit, train, and develop a motivated team to deliver exceptional service.
  • Oversee stock management, merchandising, and store presentation to company standards.
  • Manage staff scheduling to maintain efficiency and service levels.
  • Analyse store performance and report key metrics to senior management.
