About the Role
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Residential Support Workers to join our secure home in Peterborough. You will work as part of a professional team to support young people in building confidence, independence, and life skills within a structured, caring environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and care for young people in a secure residential setting, ensuring their safety and wellbeing at all times
