Fortus Recruitment represents a leading maintenance contractor that is seeking an experienced Repairs & Voids Supervisor to join their growing Property Services division. This is a permanent position working on a newly awarded contract covering East London, delivering a reactive repairs service alongside void refurbishment works across scattered housing properties.

As Repairs & Voids Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing a large team of direct operatives, with additional oversight of subcontractors when required, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Day-to-day supervision and management of operatives
  • Carrying out pre- and post-inspections of completed works
  • Organising and allocating workloads in line with programme requirements
  • Delivering toolbox talks and monitoring health & safety compliance
  • Pricing works using NHF Schedule of Rates (SOR)
  • Travelling between multiple properties across the contract area
  • Liaising with clients and tenants to ensure smooth delivery of works
