A 2 week rota with 4pm finishes in the first week, and a 4 day work week in the second! Week 1 is Mon-Sat (48hrs 7am - 4pm) & week 2 is Tues-Fri (40hrs 7am - 6pm) guaranteed (44 hrs ave/week), and permanent.
