Financial Reporting Manager required for a highly entrepreneurial Property & Real estate SME based in Preston.

The firm focuses on long term value creation through strategic investments in residential, commercial, and mixed use assets, while providing services such as asset management, development oversight, financing, and estate planning. It adopts a tailored, multi-generational approach, prioritising capital preservation, sustainable growth, and effective portfolio diversification to support the family's financial and legacy objectives.
The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting the strategic management and growth of a diverse real estate portfolio within a private family office. Responsibilities include:
- Identifying and evaluating new investment opportunities
