We are currently seeking Electricians to carry out EICR testing, inspection, and remedial works within a block of privately owned rented flats in Reading. In this role, you will be responsible for completing 5-6 EICRs per day across a total of 199 flats, followed by testing of 9 communal areas. The ideal candidate will be confident working independently, producing accurate certification, and carrying out remedial works where required.

- Complete daily test & inspection reports accurately

- Ensure all works comply with current regulations and safety standards
- Maintain a professional approach in occupied properties
Requirements
- NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (or equivalent)
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (BS 7671)
- City & Guilds 2391 / 2394 & 2395 (Inspection & Testing) - Desirable
- Proven experience in EICRs and residential testing
- Own tools and testing equipment preferred
- Ability to meet daily targets
