Job Overview: You’ll deliver client installations as part of agreed projects, ranging from individual PC setups to full VoIP roll‑outs, using strong technical skills to minimise disruption. The role includes both remote work and visits to client sites, with attendance at pre‑ and post‑implementation meetings as required.
Responsibilities:
- Install and implement solutions for clients as part of defined project work.
- Manage projects ranging from a single PC installation through to a full VoIP roll‑out.
- Use advanced technical skills to complete installations efficiently and with minimal disruption to the client’s business.
- Perform a mix of remote delivery and on‑site installations at client locations.
- Attend pre‑ and post‑project meetings with the client as required.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Remote Support or similar role within the IT industry.
- Hold a minimum of 2 industry‑leading, up‑to‑date technical accreditations.
