We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Property Data Officer to support the effective management, storage and reporting of property and asset information on a 3 month initial contract basis. In this important role, you will act as the officer for property information, ensuring records relating to land and building assets are accurately captured, maintained and stored in line with legal and organisational requirements. You will provide advice on property data processes, support reporting and data management activities, and help ensure it meets its obligations for asset record keeping and information governance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain property information systems and databases
- Ensure accurate capture, storage and reporting of property records
- Provide advice on policies, procedures and documentation relating to property data
- Support compliance with statutory and corporate asset recording requirements
- Produce reports and data analysis to support property and asset management activities

About You
You will have strong organisational skills, excellent attention to detail, and experience working with property, asset or information management systems. You will be confident handling data, improving processes, and working collaboratively with colleagues across services. You will also have experience with GIS. Experience within property, local government or asset management environments is desirable.
