An excellent opportunity has become available for an experienced Domiciliary Care Manager to join a well established and reputable national provider of private home care. This role would suit an experienced Domiciliary Branch Manager seeking the opportunity to develop their career by providing support to branches across West Yorkshire and East Riding.

In this role you will form part of the central support team, working within different branches as required on different projects whilst also providing cover for absences. The organisation has built an outstanding reputation and is recognised as a leader within private home care. With branches across England and Wales, they remain committed to maintaining smaller, quality led services focused on exceptional customer care rather than high volume provision.

The Role

As a Peripatetic Manager, you will support different branches in all areas of branch management to ensure they consistently provide safe, high-quality care whilst similarly delivering on financial KPI. This role requires an experienced domiciliary care professional who enjoys problem solving and has the ability to engage and build rapport with teams. Alongside this you will also be commercially skilled, and adept in working with clients and their families.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing the day-to-day operations of any given branch
  • Leading care teams
  • Ensuring full CQC compliance and maintaining high standards
  • Developing new business
  • Managing private care packages and customer relationships
  • Monitoring branch performance, quality and profitability
  • Participating in the branch on-call rota

Requirements:

  • Flexible to travel across allocated region as required
  • A minimum of 2 years experience as a Registered Manager in domiciliary care
  • Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and inspections
  • Proven leadership and people management skills
  • Commercial awareness with experience of private-pay home care fee setting
  • Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle

Salary:

Salary circa up to 41,500 (maximum) DOSE + additional on call allowance Bonus Potential of 5000 Opportunity to join a long-established, highly regarded provider Genuine career progression within a growing national organisation.
