About the Role
My client is seeking a proactive and highly organised Customer Service Administrator to provide essential administrative and logistical support across the business on a part-time basis. You will work closely with internal teams and external customers to ensure tasks are completed efficiently, accurately, and to a high standard, consistently meeting internal KPIs and customer expectations. Key Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for customers and external enquiries
- Take ownership of queries, providing timely and accurate responses
- Promote and maintain a strong customer service culture across the business
- Support key workflows, ensuring tasks are completed within agreed timescales
- Identify delays, issues, or conflicts and work collaboratively to resolve them
- Maintain accurate systems, records, and databases for efficient information management
- Work closely with colleagues to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
- Attend internal or external meetings (remote or onsite), providing administrative support such as minute-taking and action tracking
- Assist in organising meetings, training sessions, and company events
- Escalate scheduling issues promptly to ensure smooth service delivery
