These assignments can vary in length and are paid weekly through the Allen Associates payroll on a PAYE basis.
Temporary Receptionist Responsibilities:
- Greeting and welcoming visitors in a professional manner
- Managing meeting room bookings
- Handling diary coordination
- Acting as the first point of contact for all enquiries
- Overseeing incoming and outgoing post
- Coordinating deliveries and courier services
- Taking messages and directing calls as needed
