Role Responsibilities:
- Create engaging, exciting learning experiences for children
- Lead & inspire your nursery team with enthusiasm & creativity
- Support children's development & maintain positive relationships with families
- Plan fun, educational activities to spark curiosity & growth
- Ensure the highest standards of health, safety, and hygiene
Required Qualifications:
- Level 3 qualification or above in early years education
- Experience in an early years setting, with supervisory experience an advantage - ideally as a Nursery Room Leader, Nursery Room Manager, or Nursery Practitioner
- Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills to inspire and support your team
- A passion for fostering children's development and creating positive relationships with families
