We are currently seeking an experienced Mechanical Supervisor to join our team on a fast paced commercial refurbishment project. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and hands on supervisor with strong leadership skills and a solid mechanical background.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate mechanical installation works on site
  • Manage subcontractors and direct labour to ensure programme targets are achieved
  • Ensure all works are carried out safely and in line with company and site procedures
  • Conduct site inspections, toolbox talks, and quality checks
  • Liaise with project managers, engineers, and other trades on site
  • Monitor materials, deliveries, and workforce productivity
  • Maintain high standards of workmanship and health & safety compliance
  • Assist with commissioning and project handover where required

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Mechanical Supervisor on commercial projects
  • Background in commercial refurbishment projects preferred
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC, pipework, plumbing, and mechanical building services
  • SSSTS or SMSTS certification desirable
  • Valid CSCS card
  • Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Full UK driving licence required
