V7 are looking for experienced Fire & Security Systems Engineers on behalf of a leading specialist within the electronic security and life safety sector. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced contractors looking for long-term contract work across the East Midlands and wider Midlands region.
The role will involve the installation, service and maintenance of integrated fire and security systems across commercial sites. Engineers must be comfortable working independently while maintaining high standards of workmanship and client communication.
Key Responsibilities- Installation and servicing of CCTV, Access Control, Intruder and Fire Alarm systems
- Fault finding and maintenance on commercial sites
- Small works and reactive call-outs
- Working with TCP/IP and networked systems
- Liaising with clients and site teams
- Completing works in line with health & safety standards
- Strong background in Fire & Security systems
- Experience with CCTV, Access Control, Intruder and Fire Alarm systems
- Service and installation experience highly desirable
- Understanding of TCP/IP networking advantageous
- Ability to work independently across multiple sites
- Strong client-facing communication skills
- Full UK Driving Licence
- 6 month rolling contract
- Day rate - 240 - 265 per day
- Overtime available at enhanced rates
