We are looking for an ambitious and commercially driven Recruitment Consultant to join our team. This is a true 360 role with the flexibility to specialise in either permanent or contract recruitment, depending on your experience and strengths. Whether you are an established perm recruiter, a contract billing specialist, or someone with a blend of both, this role offers the platform to build a high-performing desk with full support, strong infrastructure, and clear progression pathways. You will take ownership of your desk, delivering end-to-end recruitment solutions while driving revenue growth through business development and exceptional service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Development & Client Management
- Identify, develop, and win new business opportunities within your market.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships as a trusted partner.
- Understand client hiring needs, culture, and commercial drivers.
- Negotiate terms and deliver commercially sound recruitment solutions.
- Recruitment Delivery
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from vacancy briefing through to placement.
- Write and advertise engaging job opportunities across multiple platforms.
- Source, interview, and assess candidates to ensure strong technical and cultural fit.
- Manage offers, negotiations, and onboarding processes.
- Candidate Management
- Build and nurture a high-quality candidate network within your specialist market.
- Provide a consultative experience, offering advice and market insight.
- Maintain strong relationships with placed candidates to support retention.
- Contract-Specific Focus (where applicable)
- Manage contractor pipelines and build a strong pool of available talent.
