The Role

  • Authoring technical publications including ship handbooks and operating manuals.
  • Producing maintenance procedures and fault diagnostic schedules.
  • Supporting maintenance management database population.
  • Conducting Integrated Logistic Support (ILS) analysis and reporting.
  • Preparing spare parts data and spare parts analysis.
  • Supporting engineering activities onboard vessels and at customer sites when required.
  • Delivering high quality engineering support across multiple customer projects.

What We’re Looking For

  • Marine, Mechanical, Electrical or Electronic engineering background with maritime experience.
  • Experience maintaining or operating engineering systems or equipment.
  • HNC/HND or equivalent engineering qualification preferred.
  • Good IT and Microsoft Office skills.
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
  • Willingness to undertake occasional UK and overseas travel.
  • Ex military candidates are strongly encouraged to apply, particularly those from the Royal Navy, Royal Fleet Auxiliary, Merchant Navy or commercial shipping sectors.
