As a Waking Night Worker you’ll be the first point of contact to customers at our 24/7 schemes during the night. You’ll provide support, manage access to the building, carry out health and safety checks and deal with any emergencies. You’ll work independently, with support from the Scheme Manager, using your initiative to understand and identify.
