Gap personnel are recruiting Assembly/Production operatives for a busy manufacturing team. Working in a friendly and hard-working team, carrying out a range of assembly and production tasks to ensure that products are made, checked, and packed to a high standard. No previous experience is required as full training will be provided to help you succeed in your role.

Hours: Monday to Thursday, 8:00am - 5:00pm

Pay: £12.71 per hour, Overtime over 40 hours £19.07 per hour

Contract Type: Temporary, ongoing work

Location: Newmarket, CB8

Duties:

  • Basic assembly of parts following clear instructions.
  • Use simple tools safely and handle materials carefully.
  • Work with your team to meet daily production targets.
  • Check finished items for quality and accuracy.
  • Keep your work area clean and follow health and safety rules.
  • Help with general factory tasks such as packing, moving stock, or loading items.
