Are you an experienced Commercial Maintenance Electrician looking for steady work across well-known commercial facilities? We have multiple temporary roles available, each covering one specific area, working across a variety of commercial buildings and multi-site environments.
The Role
We're seeking several skilled Commercial Electricians to carry out electrical maintenance, repairs, testing and minor installation works across commercial sites. These may include:
- Leisure centres
- Office buildings
- Retail outlets
- Public buildings
- Industrial-light spaces
You'll work independently or alongside a wider maintenance team, keeping buildings safe, compliant, and fully operational.
Key Duties
- Planned & reactive electrical maintenance
- Fault finding & diagnostics across multi-site environments
- Emergency lighting checks
- Minor installations, component swaps & small works
- Electrical testing & inspection (EICRs)
- Ensuring all work meets commercial compliance standards
- Professional communication with building managers & site staff
What You'll Need
- 18th Edition
- Commercial or facilities maintenance experience
- 2391 / 2394/95 (or equivalent) preferred
- Ability to work independently across multiple sites
- Strong troubleshooting & problem-solving skills
- Full UK Driving Licence
