I am currently recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator to join my client's new project, based in Eurocentral on an ongoing contract. You will be based on-site for the first 1-2 weeks of training, with the option of flexible working once you are fully trained. Whilst you will have the flexibility to work from home, it's important to note that you may be required to attend on-site training or team days, where management feel necessary.

For this role, you must have a driving license and access to your own vehicle, as Eurocentral is not easily accessible by public transport if you don't live locally. You will work Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm or 10am - 6pm with flexibility required as this is a new project, so these may change slightly. Once fully trained, you will work 1 weekend every 2 weeks, with flexibility on rest day. The salary will be £12.82 per hour on a 37.5 working week.

Key Responsibilities
  • Make outbound calls to drivers and managers regarding parcel volume risks
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to resolve operational issues
  • Communicate updates via email and phone
  • Maintain and update Excel spreadsheets
  • Prepare and send operational reports
Skills & Requirements
  • Confident and professional telephone manner
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience using Microsoft Office packages, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
