Academics in Leeds are currently recruiting a year 4 teacher for a large 2 form entry primary school in South Leeds. The position is to start in September 2026 for at least 2 terms.

This full time position will be working within a year 4 class and will include planning differentiated lessons, marking and assessing all pupils and providing feedback to both parents/care through reports and meetings. This is a mixed ability class so the year 4 teacher must be able to plan differentiated and engaging lessons that meet the requirements of all. There is a support assistant in class.

As a year 4 teacher in this school you will be expected to follow the school ethos and behaviour policies which are all about positive reinforcements. The role is to start in September 2026 for at least 2 terms with a possibility of a direct contract with the school.
