We are partnering with a well-established South Coast construction firm who, due to continued growth and a secured pipeline of defence work, are looking to appoint an experienced Project Manager to join their team.
This role will involve delivering a long-term MOD estate programme, consisting of both refurbishment and new build schemes across multiple sections of a large, operational site. Typical project values range from £1 million to £8 million, and the successful candidate must bring experience in both new build and refurbishment within sensitive, secure, or defence-related environments.
