We are looking for an experienced and hands‑on Mobile Maintenance Supervisor to lead a team delivering high‑quality maintenance services across multiple sites. Responsibilities
- Assist the Maintenance Manager in supervising and supporting a team of mobile maintenance engineers
- Remain hands‑on, assisting with complex repairs and technical challenges
- Manage and optimise daily schedules using CMMS and scheduling software
- Ensure all work meets high‑quality, safety, and compliance standards
- Act as the escalation point for technical issues and client concerns
- Monitor team KPIs and drive performance improvements
- Conduct regular audits of work quality, reporting, and vehicle standards
- Proactively adjust workloads and routes to respond to emergencies
- Maintain accurate job records, reports, and system updates
Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years experience as a hands‑on Maintenance Engineer
- Proven experience leading or supervising a mobile or field‑based team
