Do you have experience in fabrication finishing, fettling or assembly and have supervised a team? We are looking for an experienced Metal Finisher and Assembly leader, to work with a fabrication company within Nottinghamshire.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Working within and supervising a team
  • Grinding, deburring, metal finishing, as well as fettling
  • Assembly operations, quality control
  • Working with new staff members and training
  • Team support, production targets and working with higher management

Skills Experience:

  • Previous team leading experience
  • Experience hands-on within fabrication
  • Able to work within a team and manage a team
