Options Resourcing Ltd are actively looking for a Mechanical Project Manager to work on a large residential project in the Park Royal area NW10.

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Project Manager to oversee and coordinate a mechanical engineering project from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities, excellent time management skills, and a solid understanding of mechanical systems. This role requires the ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams while ensuring that the project is delivered on time and within scope.

Duties will include overseeing and coordinating mechanical sub-contractors on new build residential with some commercial space.

Rate: £365/day for 9 hours a day. Start date: Immediate.

Qualifications required:

  • Valid black CSCS card.
  • Valid SSSTS or SMSTS certificate.
  • Valid First Aid.
  • Relevant Mechanical qualifications.
