A well established, Technical FM organisation are currently recruiting for a Mechanical Engineer based at a contract in the Hammersmith area, working within a team of 9 across 6 buildings all within a stones throw of each other.

The role will include covering 6 buildings all situated next to each other, carrying out service and maintenance to a range of equipment including:

  • Pumps
  • Air handling units
  • Fan coil units
  • Heat exchangers
  • Hot and cold water storage systems
  • Legionella awareness

Ideally candidates should have at least 3 years experience in working within the commercial building services sector and also be fully qualified.
