We are seeking a Mechanical Design Engineer to join our key client in North Birmingham. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years experience in a Mechanical Design role using Solidworks.
Mechanical Design Engineer Responsibilities:
- Use Solidworks 3D to create new concept designs and modify existing products for customers.
- Experience working on fabricated parts, mechanisms, jigs and fixtures, and any mechanical system, machinery, automated systems knowledge.
- Good understanding of manufacturing processes and materials (especially metals, fabrications, sheet metal, steel).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
