What will the Purchase Ledger Assistant role involve?
- Managing high volumes of supplier and subcontractor invoices, ensuring accurate processing and coding aligned with project needs.
- Reconciling supplier statements and resolving discrepancies swiftly to maintain smooth supplier relationships.
- Assisting with the preparation of CIS (Construction Industry Scheme) returns, verifying subcontractor details and ensuring timely submission.
- Supporting VAT return submission and maintaining compliance with HMRC regulations.
