Our client is currently looking to recruit a Technical Administrator on a permanent basis. This role is based in Rainworth, Nottinghamshire, and is commutable from Mansfield, Nottingham, and Newark. The salary ranges from £26,000 to £28,000.

We are looking for an organised and proactive Administrator to join a busy and growing business within the structural steel and construction sector. This is a varied role supporting the day-to-day operations of the business, working closely with management, suppliers, clients, and workshop teams to help ensure projects run smoothly and efficiently.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience within construction, engineering, fabrication, or a similar technical environment and be confident managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handling incoming calls, emails, and client enquiries
  • Liaising with suppliers regarding materials, orders, and deliveries
  • Supporting project administration and daily operations
  • Maintaining records, documentation, and internal systems
