Service Care Solutions are currently recruiting for an Advanced Nurse or Clinical Practitioner to help support their GP Surgery on an ongoing locum contract. This is a flexible contract, with clinics available to book around your availability on a long-term basis.
Location: Hyde, SK14
Contract: Ongoing Locum
Hours: 8am-6:30pm (30 minute unpaid break)
Shifts: Flexible - based on your availability
Rate: 45 LTD p.h / 39.50 PAYE Inclusive p.h
Role Overview: The postholder will be responsible for delivering high‑quality, patient‑centred care, working autonomously to assess, diagnose, and manage a broad range of undifferentiated presentations within a primary care setting. The role will involve both acute and routine clinical work. The GP Surgery specifically need a clinician that can support with all Woman's Health.
Key Responsibilities:
- Undertake comprehensive clinical assessments of patients presenting with acute and chronic conditions and women's health.
- Ability to see patients from birth.
- Formulate differential diagnoses and implement appropriate management plans.
- Prescribe medications in accordance with clinical guidelines and within scope of practice.
