Role Summary
Joining a busy and supportive conveyancing department, you will manage your own caseload of residential and related property matters while working closely with a friendly and experienced team. The role will involve handling files from instruction through to completion, prioritising workloads effectively and delegating work where appropriate. You will also play an active role in maintaining client relationships and supporting business development opportunities within the department. The position offers standard working hours Monday to Friday together with ongoing support and development opportunities.

Candidate Profile
- Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years PQE and proven experience handling a varied conveyancing caseload independently.
- Strong organisational skills, excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities effectively within a busy department.
- Strong communication and client care skills, confidence to maintain existing client relationships and help generate new business opportunities.
- Experience dealing with small business transactions, alongside sales, purchases and lease matters, would be advantageous.
- Strong IT skills and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a wider team are essential.
